Join us on the socially distanced outdoor deck for Robert Davis Duo of R-Gang The band is widely considered one of the best R&B dance bands in the Chicago area. Specializing in R&B, funk & soul from the Motown era into the 21st Century, R-Gang is comprised of the most highly respected members of Chicagoland’s musical community, with backgrounds as diverse as the band members.

Robert Davis is lead vocals and the band leader of R-Gang. Before R-Gang Robert performed both as a soloist and previously as a member of the group Chambers of Time. He has performed live at venues such as Park West, Holiday Star Theatre and the Riviera Niteclub opening for the Staple Singers, Joe Tex and Stephanie Mills. An exceptional showman, Robert was a finalist at an open audition for lead singer with Kool & the Gang. Robert is also a keyboardist & songwriter.
